Too often, we see home sellers shortchanged by their agents. When a real estate professional agrees to list a client’s home, she is inherently promising to do everything possible to help her client secure the best possible price for the home. Yet many agents do little more than syndicate the listing and put a sign in the yard. While those activities may be enough to sell a home, they do nothing to demonstrate the worth we bring as real estate professionals.

When we do not pursue these marketing avenues, our clients rightfully feel shortchanged, and it damages the reputation of the real estate industry and real estate professionals everywhere.
